The Millbrae Library is part of the San Mateo County library system. The 27,000-square-foot building was remodeled in November 2004 after voters approved a $10.6 million bond in 2001. The building receives lots of natural light and has comfortable reading areas.

There are 62 computers, and reservations are recommended during peak hours, M-F 3-6 p.m. and weekends.

The library also houses two study rooms that fit up to 8 people, and can be booked one hour at a time on a first come first serve basis.

There is also a Homework Center (M,T,TH 3-6 p.m. and W 2-6 p.m), where staff and volunteers assists students with most academic subjects.
