Pilates Beginning/Intermediate Mat Work

On Wednesday evenings this fall the Millbrae Community Center is offering a Pilates Mat Work class for beginning and intermediate students ages 16 and up. The class is led by Fumiko Luk and is open to pre-registered or drop-in participants.

Pilates is the physcial movement designed t strengthen the core, stretch and balance the body. This workout is a series of mat work with basic and intermediate exercises. Experience increased energy, well being, and a lean and strong body. Small class sized mean that lots of instructive attention is given to each student.
