Cardio Fitness
Instructor Lori Dauchauer leads the Millbrae Community Center's Cardid Fitness classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. This is a fun and energetic cardio workout for ages 16 and up, consisting of exercise patterns that are easy to follow. Movements are impact or non-impact for all fitness levels to a variety of music. The last twenty minutes of class is deovted to floorwork/body toning including upper and lower body, abs and a cool down stretch. Weights are recommended by not required and mats will be provided.
