Post Offices Offering Extended Hours for Last Minute Tax Filers

The tax deadline is today by midnight.

Millbrae residents who have yet to file their taxes can take advantage of extended hours at post offices nearby.

Although the Millbrae Post Office on Broadway Avenue will not be offering extended operating hours, the post office near San Francisco International Airport, at 660 West Field Road, will allow curbside drop-offs until midnight.

Today is the last day to file federal and state tax returns from
2010, and although more people are now filing their taxes online, the U.S.
Postal Service is making sure last-minute filers have opportunities to send
the returns through the mail.
