Water Main Breaks, Millbrae Pressure Down

The main break was reported by the city of Millbrae's emergency alert system.

A water main break in Millbrae Sunday lowered water pressure for residents, officials said.

Repairs were still being made as of 11:45 a.m., according to fire officials.

San Francisco Water Department crews were working to fi the problem, officials said, but an estimated time of restoration was not available.

This story and picture is completely false. No pressure loss nobody out of water. SF water did not fix. Millbrae water department took care of the repair. I know this because I work for Millbrae water and I was one of the guys who fixed the issue. Please get all your facts right before you decide to post s story.

We live in Millbrae and very little water pressure for over three Hours. So as You said get your facts straight!

I live on Christine Lane and had little water pressure at 7:30 AM. The toilet refilled very slowly and had very little pressure in the sink.Also the water was discolored and full of sediment.So get your facts straight Len!

Thank you for your comments. Next time ill make sure I stay at home with my family an a Sunday instead of coming out to fix the problem.

By the way that is what I was told when I arrived at the break. So I received bad info.
