UPDATE: Two-Alarm Grass Fire Near I-280 Contained
The cause of the fire is still unknown.
UPDATE 6:25 p.m.
Firefighters contained a two-alarm grass fire near Interstate Highway 280 in the Millbrae area this afternoon.
The fire was reported at 1:55 p.m. just north of Larkspur Drive, a dispatcher said. The fire was reported under control at 3:05 p.m.

Responding firefighters blocked one right lane of southbound Highway 280, and a connector ramp from state Highway 35 was also shut down, California Highway Patrol Officer Marc Johnston said.
A Sig-alert was issued at 2:30 p.m. and the roadway was reopened at about 4:30 p.m.

There was no immediate information about the cause of the fire.

Firefighters are continuing to battle a two-alarm grass fire near Interstate Highway 280 in the Millbrae area.
The fire was reported at 1:55 p.m. just north of Larkspur Drive, a dispatcher said.
Responding firefighters were blocking one right lane of southbound Highway 280, and a connector ramp from state Highway 35 was also shut down, California Highway Patrol Officer Marc Johnston said.
A Sig-alert was issued at 2:30 p.m. and was expected to be in effect until about 5 p.m.
There was no immediate information about the cause of the fire.
