Police Search For Suspect In Possible Child Abduction Attempt

A male tried to lure an 11-year-old into his car in Millbrae Wednesday afternoon.

Police are searching for a suspect who tried to lure a girl into his car in front of Taylor Middle School on Jan. 23.

Between 2:50-3 p.m. on Wednesday, a Middle Eastern male stopped in font of the Millbrae school located at 850 Taylor Blvd. and asked an 11-year-old girl where he could find the library, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office.

The suspect asked the girl to get into his vehicle and the girl ran away.

The suspect fled eastbound on Taylor Boulevard in a dark-green, grey or earth-tone colored four-door sedan. The suspect is described as a Middle Eastern male, between the ages of 30 and 40 years old, with a shaved head.
