Police Blotter: Woman Sexually Assaulted

Friday, April 29

7:58 p.m., 200 block of Chadbourne Avenue: An elderly man attacked a nurse at his retirement home. The man was transported to a hospital and placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold.

10:05 p.m., 200 block of Ludeman Lane: A 15-year-old girl was involved in a fight in a parking lot with girls from her school.

Saturday, April 30

1:36 a.m. Mateo Avenue: Between 8 p.m. and 1:36 a.m., unknown suspects forced entry through a first-floor window. Miscellaneous items were taken from house.

2:51 p.m., 500 block of El Camino Real: A man was arrested for shoplifting at Safeway. The suspect was found in possession of a switchblade knife.

10:51 p.m., 1300 block of El Camino Real: A guest staying in room 124 at the La Quinta was complaining about loud subjects in room 125. Some of the subjects in room 125 allegedly tried to break into 124. The room 125 guests were evicted at the request of the front desk. Approximately 10 young adults left without incident.

 

Sunday, May 1

5:12 p.m., Broadway and Taylor Boulevard: Police encountered a subject who believes he's living in a video-game world.

 

Monday, May 2

2:58 p.m., 600 block of Capuchino Drive: A man was involved in a verbal argument with his mother and took off. He returned home and advised that he hasn't taken his antidepressant meds and wanted to get his meds updated.

5:22 p.m., Hillcrest and Skyline boulevards: Unknown suspects forced entry to vehicle by smashing the passenger side window. Two credit cards and a driver’s license were stolen.

 

Tuesday, May 3

12:45 a.m., 1200 block of El Camino Real: A woman told police she was sexually assaulted in backseat of someone’s car. Due to her being heavily intoxicated and blacking out at the time, she was unable to give any suspect information.

7:57 a.m., Magnolia Avenue and Richmond Drive: A woman flagged down an officer and was crying. She learned that her father who just died this weekend was not her real father. She spent the night at her cousin's house on Richmond Drive. Her story was verified and she was transported to the Bart station.
