March 18- March 19

Friday, March 18:

12:04 a.m., 500 block of Broadway: A woman attempted to take a large amount of money out of her checking account. She said that she owes money to her neighbors and needed to give them back the money. Officers attempted to persuade her not to take the money out of her account, but she would not listen.  The woman insisted on taking her money out and giving it to her neighbors.

3:55 p.m., Udeman Lane and Magnolia Avenue:  Subjects created a "hot box" in a vehicle.  A consensual search of the vehicle yielded a small amount of marijuana that belonged to one of the subjects, who has a medical marijuana card. Police issued a warning.

6:54 p.m., 500 block of Vista Court: Police responded to a complaint of kids on motorbikes.

8:21 p.m., 400 block of Hillcrest Boulevard: Sometime between Sunday and Wednesday, unknown suspects entered an unlocked vehicle and took a cell phone, $20 and some DVDs.

Saturday, March 19:

12:44 a.m., El Camino Real and Millbrae Avenue: A report of a hit and run was determined to be a solo-vehicle accident resulting in damage to a wall belonging to the Hong Kong Flower Lounge.

7:22 a.m., Hillcrest Boulevard: A company was conducting routine cleaning inside the meat market using a compressor. Police contacted the worker and advised of the city municipal code that states work hours on Saturdays are limited to 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The worker was cooperative turned off compressor until 8 a.m.
