This is the crime bulletin for January 11-14, 2013 from the Millbrae Police Department. Click the "Keep me posted" button below for an alert when we publish this report.

A 59-year-old Millbrae woman was arrested for burglary.  The woman allegedly stole from her employer.  The arrest happened in the 800 block of Broadway.

A 29-year-old Daly City man was arrested in the 800 block of Murchison Drive.  The man had a warrant out for his arrest on charges that he drove a car with a suspended license.

A 47-year-old San Bruno man was arrested in the 100 block of Park Place.  The man had a $5,000 arrest warrant issued by San Bruno Police for being drunk in public.

Officers were notified that a purse was stolen in the 1300 block of El Camino Real.

A property in the 1000 block of Broadway was vandalized.

Officers were called to El Camino Real where a citizen reported a missing phone.  Deputies who responded to the scene were able to quickly crack the case and return the phone to the owner.

Editor’s Note:  Sometimes you might find items in the police log that seem humorous but please remember, the men and women whose job it is to protect us rarely find it funny when they are approaching a drunk person or a building where the alarm is going off.

I'm very happy with the efforts of the SM Sheriff's Dept in Millbrae. We have a more visible police presence and the city saves money. Here's a big THANK YOU to our men and women in blue who serve and protect us.
