7:33 a.m.: Deputies met a subject on the 500 Block of Broadway and determined the person was in unlawful possession of paraphernalia. A citation was issued.

11:58 a.m.: Deputies met a subject at El Camino Real and Victoria Avenue and found that the person was in possession of a controlled substance. The 35-year-old San Francisco man was arrested.
12:56 p.m.: Deputies responded to a report about found property at the Millbrae substation. A report was taken.
12:35 p.m.: Deputies responded to a report about a disturbance at Park Boulevard and Santa Teresa Way. They found and detained a person under the influence of alcohol.
