Millbrae Bank Robbery Suspect Still at Large

The Chase Bank on S. El Camino Real was robbed Friday afternoon. Sheriff's deputies are asking the public's help in identifying the suspect.

San Mateo County sheriff's deputies are seeking the public's help in identifying an armed man who robbed the Chase Bank in Millbrae on Friday afternoon.

According to Dep. Rebecca Rosenblatt of the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office, the suspect entered the bank located at 10 S. El Camino Real in Millbrae at about 2:56 p.m. Friday, and demanded money with a gun in hand then walked out of the bank and fled in an unknown direction.

Rosenblatt said the suspect is described as being approximately 5'6", skinny, with dark skin, wearing a “shiny” silver colored rayon or nylon type suit, a black knit beanie w/ zebra trim, dark glasses and armed with a small black pistol.

Deputies are asking anyone with information regarding this incident or that can help ID this suspect to contact San Mateo County Communications at 650-363-4911.
