Did You Feel the San Mateo County Earthquake Sunday Night?

A 2.5-magnitude quake struck in the hills just west of Interstate 280 at 10:25 p.m. Did you feel it?

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the epicenter of the quake was about two miles west-southwest of Millbrae and about three miles southeast of Pacifica.

The epicenter was just west of the San Andreas Fault. The fault line runs through San Andreas Lake.

Felt it in Rockaway. I wondered at the time if it was an earthquake and then decided it wasn't.

I wasn't sure if it was an earthquake or not because it wasn't very noticeable (Pacifica).
