Coroner's Report: South City Man Found in Daly City Died After 2-Story Fall

Daniel Eugene Price's death is being investigated "as an accident, and both suicide and foul play have been ruled out in the case."

Daniel Eugene Price, the South San Francisco man who was found dead Friday, December 27 in the old Daly City Sports Authority building, died shortly after a two-story fall from the building's ceiling rafters.

According to local media reports, the cause of death for Price, 48, was  determined to be "blunt injury." That information came from San Mateo County Coroner Robert Foucrault.

Reporter Erin Ivie of the Bay Area News Group also reports Price's death is being investigated "as an accident, and both suicide and foul play have been ruled out in the case."
