Blotter: Person Selling Ice-Cream out of Suspicious Van

Read Tuesday's and Wednesday's Police Log.

Tuesday, June 14

8:59 a.m., 900 block of Sequoia Avenue: A resident requested extra patrol because their vehicles were egged twice in the last month.

3:20 p.m., Corte Princesa and Hillcrest Boulevard: Police received a report of a white van circulating the area and possibly selling ice cream.

5:32 p.m., Library Avenue: The victim of a bike theft thought his bike was at the library with another man. The man said he had owned the bike for 10 years. There was no proof that the bike belonged to the victim.

7:32 p.m., 500 block of Magnolia Avenue: A Millbrae resident brought in 23 bullets for destruction. She said they had belonged to her husband.

 Wednesday, June 15

1:04 p.m., 1200 block of Roble Road: A resident was upset because gardeners cut down her trees. Her neighbors were contacted and said they had received permission from the resident to cut all the overgrown trees and bushes on the upper part of her property. The resident denied granting permission.

1:52 p.m., 1400 block of Murchison Drive: A man was very angry because he believed that his neighbor’s dog pooped on his property. The man gathered the poop, brought it back to his neighbor, and began speaking loudly to the residents. Both parties agreed to keep their distance and clean up after their dogs.
