On-Going FlightCar Legal Battle vs. City of Millbrae

From my perspective, there was not a great deal of spirit of cooperation and assistance given by the city to foster a positive relationship with FlightCar. Now litigation has opened up.

I have been accusing this battle of being about "revenue" and "taxes" since the day one. Is it any surprise now that the city legal team is willing now to settle "face to face" for a settlement of tax money?

This issue has never been about making the city a safer place, making our lives better, or encouraging business.
Instead the city is only concerned with treating businesses and residents like ATM machines to fork over tax money to the man. How is this any different than the mafia using coercion over shopkeepers for "protection money"? This is the city we live in.
