Great Escape: Karaoke

Grab a group of friends and head out to a local bar for Karaoke. Be a star for a few minutes, have fun and let off some steam.

Check out the Millbrae Karaoke House (1366 El Camino Real, Millbrae). There are many private rooms available for different sized groups, plenty of song choices and lots of lights and tambourines for added fun.

(215 S B St, San Mateo) also offers Karaoke after 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday evenings. It has a relaxed atmosphere and a fun crowd of regulars.

If you're a fan of margaritas and tacos, you can also try out (1590 Bayshore Hwy, Burlingame), which features Karaoke on Tuesdays.

Finally, the (1221 Chess Drive, Foster City) has a weekly Karaoke show every Thursday night from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. The bar features a wide range of music genres and has regular drink specials.
