The legal clinic will be held in partnership by the Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County, OneJustice, and Fenwick & West LLP. The clinic is part of OneJustice’s award-winning Justice Bus® Project. By connecting urban law student and attorney volunteers with rural, isolated, and underserved communities that need their help, the Justice Bus Project supports and expands the capacity of legal services organizations like the Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County; and in doing so, the Justice Bus Project inspires its volunteers to do pro bono work throughout their careers

Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County provides free, quality civil legal services to San Mateo County’s low-income residents. Their advocacy has evolved with the times; they fought for civil rights in the 1960s and fair wages for farmworkers in the 1980s. Today, Legal Aid’s work encompasses nine broad areas, which include legal services for low-income seniors, children and a variety of civil legal issues.
