Help This Millbrae Girl Get to London for New Year’s Parade
"A year ago my brother and I were hit by a car and I would have never imagined I would be walking again let alone cheerleading again."
Kara is a senior at Mills High School in Millbrae. She’s fought her way back from adversity—she suffered serious injuries when she was hit by a car.
Now, she’s back on the cheerleading squad at Mills. At cheer camp she won All American, which came with an invitation to cheer in the New Year’s parade in London.
