Seniors Traditional Chen Family Tai Chi

Are you looking to get fit, find inner peace or just try something new and different? Then check out the Traditional Chen Family Tai Chi class offered by the San Mateo Adult School and the Millbrae Senior Center. On Wednesday afternoons from 2pm to 3:30pm you can join like-minded seniors for an instructor-led beginners course in the traditional martial art of Tai Chi. For more information on fees and to register please call the Millbrae Senior Center at 650-259-2370.
