Walk with a Doc in Millbrae

Walk with a Doc is a free program of the San Mateo County Medical Association Community Service Foundation.


Come out and enjoy a stroll with physician volunteers who can answer
your health-related questions along the way. People of all ages and
fitness levels are invited to this free community health program.

All walks
start at 10:00 a.m. and last approximately one hour. Walkers receive a
complimentary pedometer, bottled water and a healthy snack. Walks are
scheduled throughout the summer at some of our county’s most beautiful
public spaces, and you can sign up for as many walks as you’d like.

Parking: Park on the street near the intersection of Millbrae Avenue
and S. Magnolia Drive. There is no parking lot, but free parking is
plentiful on the street.

Meeting Spot: Meet us in at the start
of the trail, near the corner of Millbrae Avenue and S. Magnolia Drive,
across the street from The Magnolia of Millbrae community. Look for our
table with the Walk with a Doc banner.
