Crockett Railroad Days

The Crockett Railroad Days is a celebration of model railroading in Crockett. The Crockett Railroad Days features the layouts of the Carquinez Model Railroad Society and the Carquinez Toy Train Operating Museum.

The layouts will be open and operating from 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturday and Sunday, June 28th and 29th. We are located at 645 Loring Ave., Crockett, CA, across the street from C & H Sugar, off I-80. We are on the second and third floors. There is a $5 donation for adults, kids under 16 are free.

The Carquinez Toy Train Operating Museum's layout is a beautiful brand new layout built in the past two years. They operate Lionel, American Flyer, third rail and tinplate trains on two levels. Anyone who has ever had a toy trains running around their Christmas tree is going to want to see this layout.

The Carquinez Model Railroad Society operates a three level HO scale layout representing the Southern Pacific Railroad line from Oakland to Sparks. The layout features an 11' model of the Benicia Martinez Railroad Bridge, C & H Sugar Refinery, the Davis passenger station and the town of Colfax. Visitors and train operators walk along with the trains throughout the whole layout.
