SFO Emergency Landing

U.S. Airways Jet bound for Maui

A Boeing 757 carrying 175 passengers made an emergency landing at about 5:10 p.m. at San Francisco International Airport after crew members reported smoke from the cockpit.

The U.S. Airways Maui bound jet departed from Phoenix, Ariz., and landed safely at SFO, according to company spokeswoman Valerie Wonder.

No injuries were reported and passenger's flight plans are being rearranged.
