Millbrae Resident Found Guilty of Selling Marijuana

Man admitted to selling marijuana when he was arrested.

Peter C. Philippeos, 46, was found guilty on Friday of felony possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

Millbrae police found Philippeos and a friend asleep at a stop sign on Magnolia Avenue on Aug. 22, 2010. Police arrested Philippeos for drunk driving, while the passenger was dropped off at Caltrain.

The police searched Philippeos’ truck and found a backpack with four packages of marijuana in the glove box. He admitted that he sells the baggies for $40-45 per baggie, according to San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe.
