Last Chance to Sign up For Millbrae CERT Class
Become a member of this team for free, in order to help your family and community in the case of an emergency.
The Millbrae Community Response Team class is starting next week, and there are still a few spots open that need to be filled.
The Millbrae Fire Department offers this free program to local residents who want to learn to prepare and care for family and community in the event of an emergency.
CERT members learn to use special MURS radios that communicate with other members as well as the City Emergency Operations Center if phone lines are not working.

The program is a total of 20 hours from Oct. 1 to 20. Five classes from 6:30 to 9 p.m. are held at Taylor Middle School, and two are held at Checuti Room at 450 Poplar Ave.
