The spring equinox, when the sun is positioned directly above the tilted earth, will actually occur at 11:14 p.m. PST on March 19.
Some believe that the spring equinox is also a time of magical balance, and many claim they can make an egg stand on that day. Turns out it's just an urban myth, an egg can balance any time of year!
