Alleged Meth Dealer Not Competent to Stand Trial

Man was caught with drugs and cash in a Millbrae hotel room last year.

A San Mateo County judge on Thursday ruled that Jesse Lin Antolin, 47, who was caught with methamphetamine in a Millbrae hotel room last year, is not competent to stand trial.

Antolin was caught at the in Millbrae on Jan. 21, 2011 with one ounce of methamphetamine and $10,000 in cash. He has five prior felony convictions for possession of meth with intent to sell, as well as five separate imprisonments for felonies between 1994 and 2008.

The judge found Antolin legally incompetent based on two doctor’s reports. The Millbrae arrest is considered a non-serious felony offense, punishable by a sentence in county jail.

The case has been continued to April 19. Antolin is out on a $70,000 bail bond.
