The California Franchise Tax Board publishes a list of the top 250 biggest delinquent taxpayers in California with a total tax liability greater than $100,000. They publish it here, with a new revised edition hitting the website April 2012.
The award for the 92nd biggest personal income tax evader goes to Chihyih and Tefung Chen of our very own Millbrae, CA!

Apparently, they've won a tax lien since 1/27/2010 and owe a total of $410,605.53. California's budget woes wouldn't be dented much by this one outstanding amount - but imagine what a higher level of compliance with all 250 outstanding accounts could do.
