Meet an Art & Wine Vendor: Swell Cards

Millbrae Patch interviewed the owner of Swell Cards of Sacramento, one of the many vendors at 41st annual Art and Wine Festival. For Virginia, what started as a thank you card became a creative and thriving business. Swell Cards specializes in greeting cards, growth charts, door signs, and other kid-friendly decorations. Virginia, a mother of two, draws her inspiration from her children. "They pretty much dictate what's next," she said. "'Mommy, I want to see an owl! I want to see ponies!'"
