In this week's Foodie Friday, Patch's Monique Soltani goes in the kitchen with the mastermind behind Culinary Twist and finds out how she got her start and shows us how her sauces can add little spice to your life.
Bora Bora Pulled Pork Recipe
Maya Bay Chicken Pizza Recipe
1 - Thin Boboli crust or 4 whole wheat pitas (for individual sized pizzas)
1- Package Tyson grilled chicken strips cut into little pieces
3 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
¼ cup of Shredded carrots
Hand full of fresh Cilantro chopped
4 Green onions Chopped
2 oz. Of peanuts Chopped
1/3 bottle of Culinary Twist Maya Bay sauce
2 tbs. smooth peanut butter
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
Combine 3 ingredients for sauce in saucepan and stir over medium heat until warm and well combined. The
peanut butter will thicken the sauce.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Pour sauce over crust and spread evenly
Sprinkle cheese over sauce, add the chicken pieces
Top with carrots, cilantro, green onions and chopped peanuts.
Put pizza directly on rack in center of oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
