PHOTO OF THE DAY: Scout House
The Scout House hit an important milestone last weekend.
Over the weekend, various Millbrae organizations hosted the event with the goal of raising the remaining $15,000 of a $250,000 campaign for renovating the Millbrae Scout House and turning it into an afterschool and day care center for Millbrae youth.
The groups hit their funding goal over the weekend.
The Millbrae Youth Center campaign is a community-wide volunteer project of the Millbrae Rotary and Lions Clubs, Millbrae Community Foundation, Millbrae School District and many others.
