Free Training Offered for Digital Camera Owners

The library will hold a session Saturday morning to help you understand the difference between f-stops and shutter speeds.

Still struggling with that new camera you got as a present last Christmas? Finally decided to take the plunge into the world of digital?  Frustrated that you now need SD cards rather than Tri-X Pan?

This Saturday morning, the library can help change your world.

A class will offer you the chance to learn the basics of software set-up for your camera, how to transfer photos you've taken from the camera to your computer, some basic photo-editing techniques such as resizing and removing red-eyes from your images, and show you how to use your photos to create a slideshow.

The workshop is set for 10:00 a.m. at the library (1 Library Drive), and adults of all ages are welcome. There is no fee.
