Why Go: San Mateo’s signature springtime community event and egg hunt is in its 34th year of existence. It will be attended by hundreds of excited children and families eagerly searching for eggs in beautiful Central Park.

Why Go: Enjoy a juice bar and delicious crepes at this kid-friendly restaurant.

 SKATE PARK

Where/When: 451 Millbrae Avenue

Why Go: Enjoy a fun day outdoors at the skate park. This is a great way to spend the weekend.

Where/When: , 50 Victoria Ave. from 8 a.m.–1 p.m. on April 23.

Why Go:  Each week, hundreds of shoppers from Millbrae and the surrounding communities come to buy fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers, plants, baked goods, and other seasonal specialties.

Where/When: 1400 Broadway at 5 p.m. on April 22.

Why Go: Ride in eco-friendly pre-1930's antique touring cars and see sights like Coit Tower, Chinatown, North Beach, Fisherman's Wharf, and the Embarcadero light up at night.

Why Go: Enjoy drinks and some good eats at this location.
