20-Minute BART Delays on Trains Heading To Millbrae, SFO

Delays are affecting passengers traveling south from Daly City and San Francisco stations.

An equipment problem is causing delays for BART riders heading south of Daly City this morning, a BART employee said.

The problem with switching equipment between the Daly City and Colma stations is causing delays of up to 20 minutes for those heading into Millbrae and San Francisco International Airport.

Delays are affecting passengers traveling south from Daly City and San Francisco stations.

The problem was first reported just after 9 a.m.

Delays were expected to be resolved by around 10 a.m., the employee said.
