Charity Contribution to JoyLife Club, a Cancer Support Group, by the Mong's Family from Hong Kong

JoyLife Club,  a non-profit cancer support group founded by Christina & Stephen Cheung under 501C3,  received from the Mong's family a donation check in the amount of US$5,000 as presented by  Mr. Stephen Mong,  Director  of Zaber Corportation, Inc. in memory of the late Dr. William Mong, who passed away in the summer of 2010 after his battle with cancer in Hong Kong.  The cancer patients of JoyLife Club who will be benefited by the donation deeply appreciate the generosity and kindness of both Mr. David Mong and Mr. Stephen Mong who succeed the Panasonic business in Hong Kong after the decease of Dr. Mong.

Dr. William Mong founded Shun Hing Group,  a sole agent of Panasonic Corporation in Hong Kong and Macau, in 1953.  In 1984, Shun Hing Education & Charity Fund was founded to support various kind of charities in Hong Kong and China.  In recognition of Dr. Mong's significant contribution to charities and community services,  he received a number of honorable awards from the Hong Kong government as well as from the colleges and universities of Hong Kong and China.
