111 spaces???? WHERE? Driving around the groups of pedestrians, the "Burger King" valetRead Morepa rking people, and confused drivers is ANNOYING to say the least! The restaurant patrons/employees are parking on Hemlock, El Camino, on the little strip of Hillcrest up the street, on Broadway and walking across El Camino. What a MESS!

The planning commission and city council were fully aware of the situation since 2011.Read MoreUnfortunately , it is my opinion for many years they have not made decisions in the best interest of the residents of Millbrae or business owners who are now fighting each other for parking on a constant basis. The spillover has now reached the residential areas for parking, and city council's solution is charging you parking permits to park in front of your own home. Great solution guys.

I've seen the valet parking cars in the residential area.....is that fair? I don't get it. WhyRead Moredi dn't they work with the old lumber yard to redesign that building (and it has ample parking too)? I hope to see some measures soon to alleviate the congestion. I don't think it is unreasonable as a resident to ask that the City remember that the residents are here in the evening and weekends when restaurants are most impacted. They only think of the impacts M-F 8-5; which is really only during the lunch hour. smh
