Special Needs Man Reported Missing
Roz Sarmiento was last seen late Tuesday morning in Redwood City.
The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to keep an eye out for a 20-year-old man with special needs who went missing late Tuesday morning.
Roz Sarmiento, who has the mental capacity of a 12 year old, was last seen at 11:30 a.m. at Canada College, at 4200 Farm Hill Blvd. in Redwood City.
Sarmiento was last seen wearing a black and white zippered sweatshirt, and grey basketball shorts. He also wears glasses. He is Asian, 4' 10” and 200 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.
Sarmiento is believed to be on foot. Anyone who sees him or has information about his whereabouts is urge to call 911.

I agree with Carole. Let's get a picture of this special indiviidual so everyone can be on the lookout. Many joggers up in that area so hopefully someone will find him.

Or you could just be on the lookout for a 4'10", 200 lb Asian dude. Shouldn't be too difficult to spot as this combination of height & weight seems somewhat unique and should catch the eye quite easily.
